High reward and night bike ride
Employees of Metadynea took part in the celebration of Orekhovo-Zuyevo’s City Day
On 12th of September, celebratory events dedicated to the City Day were held in Orekhovo-Zuyevo. For Metadynea, the celebration was marked by two significant events at once: the presentation of a regional award to an employee and the participation of the company's team in a traditional bicycle ride at night.
An award ceremony for distinguished residents of the district was held at the stage of the Winter Theater. Among them is Andrey Zapolskiy, a synthesis operator of the 6th grade, 4th degree at Metadynea, who was awarded with "For labour" badge of the Moscow region. Andrey Vladimirovich has been working at Metadynea since the company was founded, starting his career at the first production site in Gubakha, Perm region.
- I have been working in resin manufacturing for 32 years. During this time, I have mastered almost all methods of resin synthesis, except for dry ones, - spoke Andrey Zapolskiy after the ceremony. – The award came as a complete surprise. My beloved wife came to support me. It was quite pleasant that Igor Evgenievich Spassky, Managing Director of Metadynea, also came to offer congratulations. I have the fondest memories of the event!
Another highlight of the celebration was the bicycle ride at night, which has been held in Orekhovo-Zuyevo for more than 10 years and which constantly gathers more than 800 participants. This year, more than a thousand people came to the starting line. Metadynea's employees also took part in the bicycle ride with their families and children. The participants rode through the central streets of the city, which turned into a festive bicycle route for that evening.
The Loshitskiy family - employees of Metadynea - shared their impressions. Pavel and Tatyana came to the ride with their daughter:
- We try to participate in the bicycle ride every year. For us, this is not only a sporting event, but also a wonderful opportunity to spend time together. It was especially joyful this year — our daughter rode her bicycle for the first time; I used to place her in a child seat. And it was also pleasant to ride next to our colleagues! This creates a sense of a unified team and gives an incredible energy boost.
