Metadynea employees receive awards for Chemist's Day

The cycle of festive events dedicated to the Day of Chemist – professional holiday of industry workers - ended in Gubakha, Orekhovo-Zuevo and Moscow. As part of the celebrations, Metadynea employees were awarded with commendations, certificates of honor and certificates of entering on enterprise’s board of honor.

This year new award was created – “Veteran of the enterprise”, aimed to recognize the many years of employees’ hard work.

Top management of the company and Managing Director Igor Spasskiy addressed the staff with the congratulatory word:

Therefore, during this period it is more important to maintain high professional standards, which we uphold and maintain together. Thanks to your experience, responsibility and hard work we are not only maintaining stability but we are also continuing to develop. 82 employees received awards of various levels at all the company locations at the events of 2025.

Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Industry and Trade was presented to Tatyana Belova, Head of Human Resources Department. Nikolay Putilin, Deputy Director for Technical Procurement was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

Certificates of Honor of the administration of the city district Orekhovo-Zuevo were presented to the Deputy Director for Production Denis Chernov and 6th grade synthesis operator of the synthetic resin and pulverbakelit production Andrey Egorov.

Also, two employees were awarded on behalf of JSC “Ruschem” this year: chief process engineer Dmitriy Slavkov received a Certificate of Honor, and Head of the Management Reporting Group Tatiana Sheremeteva received a commendation.

The Records Manager Svetlana Volkova, chief HR specialist Veronika Kamshilina, production accounting engineer Dmitriy Averianov and chief economist Shota Karslian received letters of thanks of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Moscow Region, and 5th grade synthesis operator Aleksandr Shutkin received a letter of thanks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Perm Region.

Assistant Manager Irina Boeva, Human Resources specialist Anna Mazina and leading lawyer Artur Gafurov were among the employees who received letters of thanks of the administration of the city district Orekhovo-Zuevo. Chemical Analysis Laboratory Assistant Alena Savintseva received a letter of thanks of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Region, and also accountant Yulia Sivakova was awarded with a letter of thanks of the Chairman of the Duma of the municipal district Gubakha. Moreover, 25 employess received Certificates of Honor and commendations from Metadynea company.

New awards for Metadynea and its’ recipients were noted separately. Employees who have worked for more than 20 years within the company were awarded with the title of "Veteran of the Enterprise". During the ceremonies, 27 employees who contributed their experience and professionalism to the company's business, who continue to work with the team and pass on their experience to new specialists were awarded. 14 employees who were awarded with a certificate of entering on the Board of Honor received no less respect from colleagues and support at the event.
