Metadynea specialists have successfully completed the professional retraining program "Polymers in the modern production of wood materials" of the Mytishchi branch of the Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) named after N.E. Bauman.

The presentation of diplomas took place at the enterprise "Metadynea" with the participation of university teachers.

"Time passes very quickly. Less than a year ago, we came here and talked with you about what you have to do to master the program." "The lecturers put a lot of effort into the implementation of this course. It includes theoretical foundations, polymer chemistry, wood chemistry - the most important disciplines for your production.This knowledge will help you improve technological regimes and implement certain approaches to the use of synthetic polymers in the production of wood-composite materials."

For Metadynea, this format was the first experience of distance learning under a professional retraining program for a whole group of employees at the same time on the basis of a higher educational institution. 10 specialists of the company were trained and successfully mastered disciplines in this stream. Deputy Production Director Konstantin Oshchepkov, who participated in the graduation ceremony, emphasized the importance of the implemented project:

"Our employees have invested a lot of effort and personal time to complete the training. Almost two years passed from the idea to the grand finale of the program. The achieved results became possible thanks to the Mytishchi Branch of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman, whose employees met us halfway and prepared a program adapted specifically for Metadynea. It was a productive time, our specialists invested it in themselves and gained knowledge that is in demand in our company."

The implementation of educational programs for employees is one of the priorities of Metadynea. This was noted by the head of the personnel management department of Metadynea LLC Tatyana Belova:

"The development of an internal personnel reserve is extremely important for us. The organized educational process of full-time training at the enterprise and through the videoconferencing made it possible to maintain the balance between work, home and lectures as much as possible, to get positive marks reflected in diplomas. In parallel with the retraining program, personal growth trainings were held, which combination brought colleagues to a new level of competencies and their application for our common cause."

Together with diplomas on completion of the advanced training program, graduates received books on personal growth and development as a gift from the company. In addition, an excursion trip to the production site of a synthetic resin consumer company is planned for them. The event is aimed at further elaboration of the acquired knowledge on the example of the practical application of products manufactured by Metadynea.

The presentation of diplomas to current specialists was observed by future ones - students of the 3rd and 4th courses of specialized areas of the Moscow State Technical University of N.E. Bauman, who came to Orekhovo-Zuevo for an internship at the enterprise. After the ceremony, they met with their mentors and took a tour of the Metadynea production facility.
