Best holidays for kids

32 kids of Metadynea employees have spent the summer break in the camps of Krasnodar region and Vladimir region. This year the company allotted for the summer kids’ holidays over 2 million Rubles.

Variety of holidays’ options became a special feature of the summer months for kids of Metadynea employees. Most of the kids spent their summer break this year in the language camp BKC+English (Sosnoviy Bor settlement, Vladimir region), focusing on languages while resting. At all-Russian children center Orlenok (Tuapse, Krasnodar region) the kids participated in sport, art and other events. The kids have also improved their health in Druzhba complex (Sochi, Krasnodar region).

“We pay careful attention to selecting the programs, which are proposed by the summer children camps. Due to many years of this work, we have long-term partner relationships with children recreation facilities around the whole country. We use all possibilities to organize the best holidays for the employees’ kids”, notes Svetlana Popova, chief specialist on documentation provision of management and social policy department in Metadynea.

The important criteria to select a camp – safe environment, good nutrition and medical service, creative atmosphere, attentive counselors, as well as different study clubs, cheerful art programs. After the holidays the feedback is received from the kids and parents to prepare for the recreation campaign of the next year.
