Confirmed high social efficiency

Metadynea became a prize-winner in the regional stage of the competition "Russian Organization of High Social Performance". The company took the second place in the nomination "For the Development of Human Resources" and the third – "For the Reduction of Occupational Injuries and Occupational Morbidity".

In the Moscow region, manufacturing enterprises competed in various nominations of the annual competition related to high social performance. Metadynea has been participating for several years and this year has once again confirmed its commitment to the principles of sustainable development, including corporate social responsibility.

In the nomination "For the Reduction of Occupational Injuries and Occupational Morbidity in Industrial Organizations", regulatory documents and measures for 2020 – 2022 were evaluated. In the reporting year 2022 alone, employees of the Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety Department conducted 26 special-purpose, 16 operational and 3 comprehensive inspections of compliance with legislation requirements at Metadynea. More than 350 comments and suggestions were issued on improving working conditions, strengthening labor protection measures when performing high-risk works, compliance with fire and industrial safety, as well as compliance with environmental legislation.

25 measures aimed at ensuring industrial safety were presented at the competition, 30 measures aimed at improving working conditions and ensuring compliance with labor protection requirements, 7 – compliance with environmental legislation and 23 – fire safety.

In the nomination "For the Development of Human Resources", social programs to support the company's employees, measures for training and education of employees, organization of mentoring, creation of conditions for professional and personal growth of employees, preparation of an internal reserve of candidates for higher positions, work on recruiting and retaining young specialists in the company, as well as cooperation with 8 specialized higher educational institutions were evaluated.

During the estimated period of time, 175 specialists of the divisions related to Metadynea LLC in Orekhovo-Zuevo improved their qualifications. 83 workers improved their skill category, more than 40 students completed practical training.
