On the path of renewal

Since the beginning of 2021, 18 students from colleges and universities of the Moscow and Ivanovo regions, Perm region and St. Petersburg have completed practical training at the production sites of "Metadynea" in Orekhovo-Zuyevo and Gubakha. Future electric fitters, repairmen, instrumentation and automation fitters, laboratory assistants, unit operators, technologists and economists have mastered the knowledge gained in classrooms and workshops at a modern high-tech production facility.

"Metadynea" operates a system of interaction with educational institutions. The production and pre-graduate practice of students is organized on an permanent basis, starting from the third year of education. The company helps in choosing topics for course and diploma projects, participates in career days at universities, conducts excursions for students at the production facilities.

As noted by Tatyana Belova, the head of the HR department of the company, for studentsб the practice is not only an opportunity to get acquainted with the innovative chemical industry and get practical work skills, but also to prove themselves, to show the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies.

- While teaching young people, our mentors carefully observe the pupils and evaluate the abilities and potential of the trainees. The most capable ones are subsequently invited to the take vacant places and become part of our team, - said Tatyana Belova.

The company has secured the status of a "young specialist", measures are provided for the adaptation of new employees to working conditions, including the mandatory use of the mentoring institute. An individual development plan is prescribed for each young specialist, conditions are created for professional growth and the realization of creative potential and social guarantees and benefits are established.
