The Best of the Best at Metadynea
Company employees voted for the best professionals among their colleagues.
The Best of the Best Award is designed to support and motivate Metadynea employees to develop in the professional sphere, as well as to get the deserved recognition of their achievements.
The Best of the Best Award was presented in person at two sites of the company: in Gubakha and Orekhovo-Zuyevo. Due to epidemiological restrictions, the award nominees and company management were invited to the ceremony. The winners and nominees were presented with diplomas, gifts, and the prize bounty.
“The results of 2021 are very good indeed, which was also demonstrated at the board of directors”, with this words Igor Spassky, General Director of Metadynea, made his congratulatory speech. “We finish the year at the historic highs, as far as our financial indicators are concerned. For the second year the situation in the market is quite complicated, not always predictable. Despite this, we managed to achieve remarkable results. This is the undoubted merit of all our employees. Production has worked at full load for a year. No less effective were the commercial department specialists who were able to see and take full advantage of the market opportunities that opened up in the past year. Many thanks to all of you for a well-coordinated work!”
The award ceremony was held on December 15 at the site in Gubakha. The winners were chosen in six categories. According to the voting results by colleagues:

Except The Best of the Best Award, a prize drawing was held among vaccinated employees of the company. At the company's three sites in Gubakha, Orekhovo-Zuyevo and Moscow, certificates worth 40,000, 30,000 and 20,000 roubles were allocated for purchases at electronic stores. Incentive prizes and cinema certificates were also provided.
