For production of outdoor resistant PF plywood we recommend to apply phenolic resins: Primere 14J620, Primere 14J630, Primere 14J400, Primere 14J401.
Urea resins are recommended for production of UF plywood for indoor application.
Urea-formaldehyde resins vary in formaldehyde emission levels and conditions for cold pre-pressing of collected piles: Primere 14F211, Primere 14F212, Primere 14G310, Primere 14F204
Metadynea resins have adapted and improved properties that provide consistently high finished product quality and low formaldehyde emission in accordance with the standards Е1, Е0,5, CARBII/ULEF and F****.

Primere 14J620
Phenol-formaldehyde resin is used in the production of hardwood and softwood veneer plywood. Ensures formaldehyde emission class ULEF and F****. Can be used in adhesive recipes for roller application, extruder, spray system. Solid content 48-50%, viscosity 50-65 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), shelf life 8 weeks.
Primere 14J630
Equivalent to 14J620 resin, but it has higher viscosity. The resin is used in the production of hardwood and softwood veneer plywood. Can be used in adhesive recipes for roller application, extruder, spray system. Solid content 48-50%, viscosity 65-90 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), shelf life 8 weeks.
Primere 14J400
It is fast curing resin. The resin is used to reduce the time of cold pre-pressing up to 6 minutes, and to reduce the time for hot pressing of plywood by 10-30%, depending on plywood thickness, compared to pressing on standard resins. Besides, can be used in adhesive recipes for roller application, extruder, spray system. Solid content 48-49%, viscosity 50-70 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), shelf life 6 weeks.
Primere 14J401
Equivalent to fast curing resin 14J400, used for pouring application. Solid content 48-49%, viscosity 50-70 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), shelf life 6 weeks.
Primere 14F211
Urea-formaldehyde resin is used in UF plywood production, it covers formaldehyde emission classes Е0,5, as well as CARBII and ULEF. Provides high-quality cold pre-pressing of piles for 10-15 minutes with a short holding time before the cold press. Viscosity 50-90 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), gel time 50-75 sec, shelf life 21 days.Primere 14F212
Urea-formaldehyde resin is used in UF plywood production, it covers formaldehyde emission classes Е1. Provides high-quality cold pre-pressing of piles for 10-15 minutes without any holding time before the cold press. Viscosity 50-100 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), gel time 50-70 sec, shelf life 21 days.
Primere 14G310
Developed for production of plywood that meets the requirements of the Japanese JAS standard, meets formaldehyde emission class F****. Provides high-quality cold pre-pressing for 15 minutes in a cold press with a prior short holding time. Viscosity 65-95 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), gel time is not measured, shelf life 21 days.
Primere 14F204
Urea-formaldehyde resin, equivalent to UF-MT-15. It covers formaldehyde emission class Е1, while cold pre-pressing of the collected piles is missing. Viscosity 45-90 sec (viscometer type VZ-4), gel time 50-70 sec, shelf life 45 days.
